Products Sold for Personal Use Only
You agree that any products you purchase from the Website will be used for your personal, non-commercial use, including use with cats in your own household. You agree that you will not resell, redistribute, modify, or export any product you order. Resale of our products outside of authorized channels can result in the product becoming materially different, which may affect safety, efficacy, or the ability to honor guarantees. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
No Veterinary Advice
The material on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as veterinary advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian. The statements made on this Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult your veterinarian before giving any product or following any information provided by ViteraPet to your cat, especially if your cat is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or has a medical condition. ViteraPet does not make any guarantee that you or your cat will accomplish any specific health or wellness goals. Results may vary depending on factors unique to your cat.

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Payment
By submitting payment information, you represent and agree that: you are fully authorized to use that card or account; all payment information is complete and accurate; you will be responsible for any payment card fees; and sufficient funds exist to pay us the amounts due. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or card issuer may apply.
Order Placement and Acceptance
Your electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. In the event we deny your order, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. We reserve the right to require additional information before processing any order.
Shipping
An accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping information. If you make a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@viterapet.com; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Money-Back Guarantee
ViteraPet offers a money-back guarantee on qualifying first-time orders within thirty (30) days from the date you received your order, for a full refund, according to the terms of our Refund Policy. Please email support@viterapet.com to request a refund.
Standard Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience, so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, please refer to our detailed Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used to place the order.
Relationship with Shopify
ViteraPet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with ViteraPet. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and ViteraPet, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ViteraPet.
Social Media
Comments and opinions expressed by users on our social media presence are theirs alone and do not reflect the opinions of ViteraPet, and we have no obligation to monitor or remove user comments. If you see an offensive or inappropriate post, please report it to the operator of the applicable platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where prohibited by law, this Website and all products provided are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Disclaimer of Liabilities
Except where prohibited by law, in no event shall ViteraPet or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the products, or your use or attempted use of the Website or any product. If, notwithstanding the limitations above, ViteraPet is found liable under any theory, ViteraPet's liability and your exclusive remedy will be limited to USD $500.00. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this provision carefully; it requires you to arbitrate any dispute or claim between you and ViteraPet on an individual basis. You agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this arbitration provision, ViteraPet's Privacy Policy or Terms of Sale, ViteraPet's advertising or marketing practices, or ViteraPet's products or services shall be submitted to binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This arbitration provision shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16. The arbitrator shall follow the applicable substantive law of the state in which ViteraPet maintains its principal place of business, to the extent consistent with the FAA. The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and ViteraPet and may not consolidate claims or hear class or representative claims.
Unless you timely opt out, you will not have the right to: (a) have a court or jury decide your dispute or claim; (b) participate in a class action; or (c) join or consolidate your dispute or claim with the dispute or claim of any other person. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of the date that you purchased a product or service through ViteraPet's Website by sending an email to support@viterapet.com stating your name, the product you purchased, and your intent to opt out of arbitration.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViteraPet, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or connected with (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your breach of any representations or warranties in this Agreement, or (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

No waiver by ViteraPet of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.
Termination
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranties and liabilities, dispute resolution, indemnification, and entire agreement.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Agreement, and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and ViteraPet, and supersede and replace any prior agreements. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
